Introduction by President Jim Westermann
• New guest welcome
• New board in September, last chance for sign ups
Minutes Read: interim secretary Sara Grannis
• Motion to accept minutes by Joel

Treasurer’s report: postponed as treasurer Liz Measures out of town
Old business:
• Aaron Rodriguez not present to report on camera system
• New 20’ shipping container by Kyp Angel
• 2 options: El Paso or Sanderson
• New ~$5,000 or used ~$4,000
• Dirt work preparations
• Matt Tucker with Kubota may be able to help/quote
• Mows for $450
• New less problems
• 2 locks and keys ~$3,000
• Accountability of left keys from previous year
• Are keys handed out without being paid
• Leave old until last minute, just trade out
• Masonic Lodge
• Representatives appreciate the donation
• Will go into scholarship
